(ANS – Ho Chi Minh) – From 9 to 12 March 2026, clerics in the practical training phase from various communities in the Salesian Province of St John Bosco in Vietnam (VIE) gathered at the Provincial House to participate in the annual formation course. The event was enriched by the presence of Fr Barnaba Le An Phong, VIE Provincial, the Provincial Council and the Salesians accompanying all the clerics currently in practical training. During the course, participants explored topics intrinsically linked to their life of commitment: the Preventive System and the spirit of collaboration, presented by Salesian Brother Martino Bui Van Luan; the identity of the Salesian educator, by Fr Barnaba Le An Phong; the consecrated apostolic identity, by the Delegate for Youth Ministry; and unity of life, by the Delegate for Formation. In addition to hours of study and prayer, the participants had moments of silence and sharing of their practical experiences in the communities. Furthermore, moments of sport, followed by a fraternal dinner, fostered unity among the young Salesian clerics who share the same ideal as Don Bosco.
