(ANS – Fatorda) – Around 20 Salesians and young leaders participated in a “Train the Trainer” program at Don Bosco Fatorda on March 29, aimed at preparing animators to organize Summer Camps across various institutions. Coordinated by Fr. Ralin De Souza, Delegate for the Salesian Youth Movement of the Panjim Province, along with Fr. Austin Fernandes, Bro. James Marcus, and Fr. Savio Dias, the session focused on equipping participants with essential skills to conduct engaging summer activities. The initiative encouraged the formation of a support network to build a shared database of games, hobbies, action songs, competitions, and creative resources. Emphasis was placed on using tried and tested material rather than relying on generic online content. Participants gained hands-on experience through interactive games and practical modules tailored to different settings. The program concluded with a lively group-building session at Sunset Beach, Betalbatim, where teams facilitated sports and collaborative activities, reinforcing leadership and teamwork skills.
