(ANS – Addis Ababa) – On Sunday 14 June 2026, members of the Formation World Advisory Council gathered at the Addis Ababa Provincial House (AET). The meeting is taking place from 15 to 19 June and is being coordinated for the first time by Fr Silvio Roggia, General Councillor for Formation. Participants include members of the Formation Sector at Headquarters, regional coordinators and rectors of centres for ongoing formation. The focus of the proceedings is on familiarising participants with and disseminating the new Ratio, regional formation plans, the functioning of the curatorium, the importance of formation for formators and experts in Salesian spirituality, and the promotion of ongoing formation. The meeting, which takes place every two years, will conclude on 19 June.
