United States – Salesian Cooperators celebrate the Association’s 150th anniversary with spiritual retreat and renewal of promises
(ANS – San Francisco) – The Salesian Cooperators of San Francisco, in the Salesian Province of Western United States, celebrated the 150th anniversary of the Association with a spiritual retreat and the renewal of their promises. Members from the Local Centres of Watsonville, Richmond, Saints Peter & Paul, and Corpus Christi gathered for the occasion. The day began with the celebration of the Eucharist at Saints Peter and Paul Church, where participants gave thanks for the history, legacy, and shared mission of the Association over the past 150 years. They then renewed their promises, reaffirming their commitment to live and spread Don Bosco’s spirit in the Church and society. The retreat continued with moments of reflection, dialogue, and fraternal fellowship, providing an opportunity to strengthen their Salesian vocation and renew their dedication to serving young people and their local communities.
