Designed as a three-year formation journey, CALL will be conducted weekly on Saturdays and is mandatory for Catholic hostellers, while remaining open to other interested students. The initiative also includes retreats, recollections, and animation activities at the Siloam extension centre. The programme was officially launched with a Eucharistic celebration presided over by Archbishop Victor Lyngdoh of Shillong, in the presence of Salesian staff, VSDB Sisters, and students from Stephen Hall and Mamma Margaret Hall.
