(ANS – Odxel) – The “Youth Pasch 2026” event, a spiritual gathering designed to bring young people closer to Jesus, took place from 1 to 6 April 2026, attended by 50 young people, 8 volunteers and 6 leaders. The gathering, characterised by hope, anticipation and enthusiasm, was organised by Don Bosco Youth Services of the Salesian Province of Panjim. India (INP) and took place at the Don Bosco Provincial House in Odxel-Goa. The Holy Week activities were led and facilitated by a dynamic team of spiritual leaders, comprising Fr Banzelao Teixeira, INP Vice-Provincial, and the organiser, Fr Austin Fernandes, with the support of numerous Salesians, including the INP Provincial, Fr Clive Telles. Teamwork and careful guidance enriched the young people, who were able to broaden their understanding of Holy Week, deepen their faith and return with a renewed sense of hope. This event was therefore not merely a spiritual retreat, but a genuine journey of transformation that touched the hearts and spirits of the participants. “Youth Pasch 2026” instilled a sense of belonging, a stronger faith and a greater commitment to carrying forward the values and teachings of Easter into society.
