(ANS – Siliguri) – On 15 March 2026, a team of students from Salesian College (Autonomous), Siliguri, launched LuvlyU — Love, Understand and Value Yourself as You Are — a digital platform designed to promote self-confidence and mental well-being among young people. The initiative was developed by M.Sc. Psychology student Anand Kumar in collaboration with members of the RadioClub, in response to growing concerns about self-judgment, comparison, and performance pressure among youth. The platform aims to help users reconnect with their “inner spark” and embrace their authentic selves. LuvlyU currently offers over 50 guided video sessions organized into eight modules covering self-worth, mindset, emotional resilience, communication, and positive self-image. A distinctive feature of the platform is its interactive reflection games and guided activities that encourage active personal growth. Faculty members have welcomed the initiative as timely and relevant in today’s competitive environment. The creators hope LuvlyU will grow into a wider movement inspiring young people to value themselves and confidently share their unique gifts with the world.
