(ANS – Shillong) – In a solemn celebration at Savio Juniorate, Mawlai, on Sunday, 17 May 2026, four Salesian clerics made their Perpetual Profession, committing themselves definitively to God in the Congregation of the Salesians of Don Bosco. The Eucharistic celebration was presided over by Fr John Zosiama, SDB, Provincial of Shillong. The newly professed are Cl Rajib Pasleiñ and Cl Soniverius Sad (Shillong Province), Cl Phikow Paul Leriina (Dimapur Province), and Cl Sudip Dominic Mondol (Kolkata Province). A particularly moving moment was their prostration before the altar, symbolising total self-offering. The celebration concluded with a felicitation programme and fellowship in Salesian fraternity.
