(ANS) – Last weekend (21-22 February 2026), several Youth Centre Federations from all over Spain met to evaluate their management, receive formation and strengthen ties. Institutional assemblies and recreational activities were held, strengthening the sense of community among the young leaders. The Don Bosco Federation of Castile and León held its European Meeting in conjunction with its annual Assembly. Participants worked on communication and reflected on the values that underpin their shared educational project. They also elected a new Board of Directors and received formation on mental health and identifying difficulties in young people. At the same time, in Santiago de Compostela, the Don Bosco Federation of Youth Centres of Galicia met with the participation of about 70 young animators. The day included workshops on games, democracy and a sense of belonging to the province. Representatives of the Don Bosco Confederation were also present. The Salesian house in Burriana hosted the 24th Federation Day for the Valencian Community and Murcia. With the motto ‘Let’s raise our voices, let’s build our history’, hundreds of young people affirmed their active role in society.
