(ANS – Turin) – On 19 April 2026, Valdocco, at the heart of the Salesian oratory, enthusiastically welcomed more than 400 young people for the provincial SYM Day event, an intense day of encounter, celebration and spirituality lived out under the theme “Everything is possible”. The organisers set up the spaces, transforming the oratory into a large symbolic “garden” where everyone was called to grow and flourish. The central theme of the day’s activities was the image of water, a sign of life and trust: that which allows the seed to become a plant. The group then moved to the theatre, which had been transformed into a large immersive experience, and the testimonies of Valentina and Carlotta, from the Nuovi Orizzonti Association, brought the theme of trust and the possibility of rebirth back to the fore. The day continued with Holy Mass in the Basilica of Mary Help of Christians, experienced with intensity and participation, a central moment for entrusting one’s personal and communal journey. The afternoon began with a significant gathering in the square adjacent to the Basilica, enriched by a meaningful gesture: the display and veneration of the relic of Carlo Acutis in the Basilica, an occasion for prayer and encounter with the witness of a young man capable of living his faith in daily life with radical commitment and simplicity.
