(ANS – Rome) – On Sunday 14 June 2026, the annual gathering of the Lazio Federation of Don Bosco Past Pupils took place. Over fifty Past Pupils from the Lazio Unions as well as from Rome, Civitavecchia and Gaeta, gathered at the San Tarcisio centre in Rome. Following the opening address by the President of the Lazio Federation, Cesare Sagrestani, Fr Francesco Marcoccio, Rector of the Salesian community of the Sacred Heart, and the National President, Giovanni Costanza, spoke on the conference theme. Massimo De Simoni, Vice-President of the Don Bosco Union, also made a contribution. During the meeting, the Gold Badge was awarded to Giovanni Paparozzi, President of the Civitavecchia Union, in recognition of his skilled and consistent work on behalf of the association, which has enabled the Union to uphold the organisation’s founding principles and traditions. The event concluded with the celebration of Holy Mass presided over by the Provincial Delegate, Fr Maurizio Palomba, and concelebrated by the Union Delegates present.
