A Well-Structured Program of Formation and Dialogue
The program unfolded as planned, combining presentations, guided readings, personal reflection, and open dialogue. All three formation sessions were highly appreciated by the participants for their depth and clarity.
During the sessions, Fr. Roggia presented the new Ratio, offering key elements for its overall interpretation. He focused particularly on the fundamental role of the formator and guided reflection on the different stages of formation in light of the new Ratio.
Contributions on Formation in Today’s Context
Participants also took part in an online conference given by Pascual Chávez, entitled “Formation Today in Europe: Challenges and Opportunities.”
This was followed by a presentation by Koldo Gutiérrez, who reflected on the concept of formation that emerged from the 29th General Chapter.
A Climate of Fraternity and Shared Prayer
Throughout the meeting, a warm and fraternal atmosphere prevailed. Moments of prayer and community celebration alternated with times of communion and open, brotherly dialogue, fostering a spirit of shared mission and mutual enrichment.
Conclusion and Looking Ahead
The meeting concluded on Sunday with the celebration of the Eucharist, presided over by the General Councillor for Formation. On that occasion, Fr. Roggia expressed his deep gratitude for the invitation and for the opportunity to share these days with the formators of the Iberian Conference.
Given the very positive feedback received, it was agreed to plan another meeting for next year, continuing this valuable path of shared reflection and formation.
